ArmadilloPersonal Project
|
This armadillo automaton has two control lines which run through the body to the head. Tension on one will cause the puppet to curl, the other to uncurl. The control lines run down through a base, from where the movement can be motor-driven or hand-cranked.
The scales of the armadillo are made from reclaimed and laser-cut oak and the structure of the shell is a mahogany and polyester resin mix. |
